07-08 350Z G35 / 08-12 FX35 EX35 3.5L VQ35HR V6 Complete Short Block Assy. 1915

Description

Complete short block assembly from a 2007 Nissan 350Z 3.5L V6. This was removed from an engine with damage to the left cylinder head. This block has been cleaned and inspected for any damage and appears to be in good usable condition. There is a small crack in the girdle from an oil pan locating dowel to the outside, which has been detailed in the photos, but may not affect use as it is outside of the oil pan gasket surface. This short block includes all six rod and piston assemblies with bearings, crankshaft with bearings, main girdle with hardware and oil pump. The rod caps have been removed for inspection purposes and will need retorqued before use. The rod bearings appear to be in good used condition, the girdle has not been removed. The cylinder walls have average wear, but no deep gouges or any damage that would cause issues. All the threaded holes and mounting points are intact and undamaged. The block has minor surface corrosion throughout, but is in good condition overall. The head gasket surface has some very light scratches, scuffs and remaining head gasket material throughout. As with any engine parts we sell, we recommend having this checked by a machine shop prior to use, as it may need resurfacing or other repairs. This short block comes exactly as pictured.
