Return Policy

Returns

Importapart will accept returns on most items within 60 days from the day of receipt. Items that are advertised as-is, for parts/repair, not working or core are exempt from being returned unless the item is not as described. To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in the same condition that you received it. If 60 days have passed since the day of receipt, we can not offer you a refund. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your return must be accompanied with an Importapart return form. Please click here and print our return form. The form must be completely filled out. Your return will not be processed without a fully completed return form.

Please package your return with care and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Importapart is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All returns are subject to approval. Please ensure that you send us the correct and complete item when making your return. The correct and complete item must be returned to receive any refund. Damaged and incomplete returns will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method in accordance with our return policy within two business days. No refunds will be issued to any non-original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after two business days, first check your original payment method account again.

Then contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
