This fits 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country with 3.8L engine, without flex fuel and with part number R8049415AG or 68049415 ending in AC through AG.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
