Fits 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, Chrysler Town and Country and Volkswagen Routan with 3.8L engine and part number R8025819AG or 68025819 ending AC through AG.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
