Fits 2008 Jeep Commander with 5.7L Hemi engine, California emissions and part number R5187361AJ or 05187361 ending in AA through AJ.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
