Fits 2008 Dodge Ram truck with 3.7L engine, manual transmission and part number R5094361AG or 05094361 ending in AA through AG.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
