Fits 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with 5.7L engine, 5-speed automatic transmission and part number R5094474AI or 05094474 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
