Fits 2008 Dodge Ram truck with 4.7L engine, automatic transmission and part number R5094343AG or 05094343 ending in AA through AG.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
