2007-2008 Chrysler Sebring as well as 2008 Dodge Avenger with 3.5L HO engine, California emissions and with part number R5094858AK or 05094858 ending in AA through AK.

The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster

Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
