Fits 2006 Dodge Ram Truck with 3.7L engine, manual transmission and part number R5094334AF or 05094334 ending in AE or AF.
We require you to provide us with the following information to ensure plug and play operation with your vehicle, no additional programming required:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
