Fits 2006 Dodge Dakota with 4.7L HO engine, automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive and part number R5094062AI or 05094062 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
