Fits 2005 PT Cruiser 2.4L H.O. Turbo engine with automatic transmission and part number R5094465AC or 05094465 ending in AA through AD.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
