Fits 2005 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan with 3.3L non flex fuel engine and with part number R4748631AI or 04748631 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
