Description
5-speed manual transmission from a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged with 163,636 miles. This was carefully removed from the vehicle and is in good working condition. This transmission was tested prior to removal, and shifted through all gears with no abnormal noises, fluid leaks, or any other issues. When the transmission was drained, the fluid was clean, unburned, and had no signs of debris in it. There are no damages to the case or input shaft outside of normal corrosion. The shift linkage bellcrank is included, but the pin that holds it to the shift shaft has been replaced with something obviously not OEM, which has been detailed in the photos. The hydraulic throwout bearing is included, but it is recommended you replace it before installation. It is also recommended the axle shaft seals be replaced before use, as one of them is a little bent up from removing the axle. The pictures are of the actual transmission you will receive. This has been drained of all it’s fluids, and WILL need refilled with the proper lubricants prior to use. Fits 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS and 2005-2007 Saturn Ion Redline with a 2.0L Supercharged engine and limited slip differential (RPO Code G85) as a direct replacement.This will also work in a non-G85 optioned vehicle as an upgrade.No shipping outside the lower 48 states.
