Fits 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with 3.7L engine, automatic transmission and part number R6028790AG or 56028790 ending in AA through AG.
We require you to provide us with the following information to ensure plug and play operation with your vehicle, no additional programming required:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
