This fits 2001 Chrysler Town and Country/Voyager as well as Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan with 3.3L non flex fuel engine and matching part number R5127668AA, 05127668AA or 04727401 ending in AA through AK.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
