Fits 2000 Caravan, Grand Caravan, Voyager and Grand Voyager with the 3.0L engine and part number R4727276AD or 04727276 ending in AA through AD.
We require you to provide us with the following information to ensure plug and play operation with your vehicle, no additional programming required:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
