Fits 2000 Chrysler Sebring or Dodge Avenger with 2.5L engine and part number 04606569AA.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
