Description
One (1) piston and rod assembly with hardware from a 1999 Freightliner FL70 with CAT 3126 7.2L turbo diesel engine. This was carefully removed, cleaned and inspected and is in good used condition. The piston is standard bore and has some scuffing on the skirt, which has been detailed in the photos. The connecting rod appears straight and is free of any defects or damage. The rod bearing was unspun and undamaged when removed. The rings are free and unbroken and are included, but should be replaced prior to installation. It is recommended to have this checked by a professional machinist prior to installation. The images are of the actual item you will receive.
This is a direct replacement for any Caterpillar 3126 engine with connecting rod part number 4P-3313.
