Fits 1999 Ford F-150 with 4.2L engine, manual transmission, federal emissions, 2 wheel drive and part number XL3F-12A650 ending in MC, MD, or ME ONLY.

This item will require TWO working, uncloned keys to be programmed by a capable locksmith or repair facility during installation. If you do not have TWO working, uncloned keys for your vehicle already, you will need to have two new keys cut to your vehicle, then programmed to your vehicle before this ECM will function.
