Fits 1998 Town & Country, Voyager, and Caravan with 3.8L V6, All-Wheel Drive, automatic transmission and part number R4727156AJ or 04727156 ending in AF through AJ.

We require you to provide us with the following information to ensure plug and play operation with your vehicle, no additional programming required:

• Vehicle identification number (VIN)
• The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
• Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
