Fits 2012 Jeep Patriot or Compass with the 2.0L engine, front-wheel drive and part number R8070200AH or 68070200 ending in AA through AH.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
