Description
Engine block from a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8L. This block was cleaned and inspected after disassembly. The cylinder bores measure out to standard bore (96.0mm). The cylinders have some light scoring and wear on every cylinder, but do not have any large gouges, pitting, or any visible structural damage. It is our opinion that it will take a small overbore to get the cylinders 100% perfect, but as with any of our used engine parts, we recommend having this block checked by a professional machinist as it could need boring, honing, resurfacing, or other repair. All threaded and mounting holes are intact and undamaged. The main bearing journals appear to be in good condition, and when the engine was disassembled it had no spun or overheated main bearings. The main caps are all attached and included. This block comes exactly as pictured. The photos are of the actual part you will receive.
