One of the case heat sink fins is broken, but this will not affect its normal function. The connectors have no broken parts. The images are of the actual item you will receive. This item will require on-car programming, coding or flashing during installation in order to work with your vehicle. Fits 2011 Nissan Juke SV and SL with manual transmission, front-wheel drive and part number DEA010-090 F2 ONLY. The last four characters on the part label do NOT need to match.
