11-12 BMW 135i 335i 535i X3 X5 N55 3.0L Turbo Engine Bare Block Cylinder 8494

Description

Bare engine block from a 2011 BMW 335i sedan. This block was cleaned and inspected after disassembly. All six cylinder bores measure out to standard bore (84mm). The cylinders have some light scratches and average wear in every cylinder, but do not have any large gouges, pitting, or any visible structural damage. As with any of our used engine parts, we recommend having this block checked by a professional machinist as it could need boring, honing, resurfacing, or other repair. All threaded and mounting holes are intact and undamaged. The main bearing journals appear to be in good condition, and when the engine was disassembled it had no spun main bearings. The main cap girdle is all attached and included, but does NOT include any of the aluminum girdle bolts. This block comes exactly as pictured. The photos are of the actual part you will receive.

Original equipment from the following vehicles with N55 3.0L engine, and WITHOUT front oil pump drive tensioner access hole:

• 2011-2012 BMW 135i, 335i, and 535i
• 2012 BMW 640i
• 2011-2012 BMW X3, X5, and X6

If your engine has an access hole for removing the oil pump drive tensioner assembly on the front of the block, this block will NOT work for you.
