MSD81 engine control module (DME) from a 2010 BMW 535i xDrive. This was removed from a vehicle that ran well with no check engine light on. The case and connectors have no broken parts. The images are of the actual items you will receive.
This item will require on-car programming, coding or flashing during installation in order to work with your vehicle. Please confirm that you or your repair facility can perform this procedure before making your purchase. Do NOT assume that your BMW dealer can perform this service. They do NOT have the ability to program used DMEs. We recommend RPM Motorsport for DME programming.
Fits 2010 BMW 535i xDrive sedan with automatic transmission, all-wheel drive and DME part number 7 596 019 ONLY. This will NOT work with any wagon, manual transmission or rear-wheel drive model, but may fit other AWD models and years with re-programming.
