Fits 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup with 4.7L flex fuel engine, automatic transmission and part number R5094383AH or 05094383 ending in AA through AH.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
