Description

Rear open differential assembly from a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer with 162,474 miles. This was carefully removed from the vehicle and is in perfect working order. The case has no cracks or evidence of large fluid leaks. When drained, the fluid was clean and free of any large metallic, metal shavings, or foreign debris. The ring, pinion, and spider gears all look good with no damages outside of average wear. The exterior has minor corrosion throughout, but nothing that would affect the function of the differential. The rear cover will need to be resealed, and it is recommended to install new axle seals, as one has some damage around the edge. The images are of the actual item you will receive.This has been drained of its fluids and WILL need refilled with the proper lubricants prior to use. Fits 2007-2010 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer built on or after 11/07/06 and with 3.55 gear ratio as a direct replacement. NO shipping outside of the lower 48 states.
