Fits 2006 Jeep Liberty with 3.7L V6 engine, automatic transmission and part number R5094939, 05094939ZB or 05094939 ending in AA through AF.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
