Fits 2006 Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country with 3.3L non flex fuel engine and part number R5094656AF or 05094656 ending in AA through AF.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
