Engine assembly from a 2008 Mazda Mazda5 with 179,487 miles. This engine was thoroughly tested before removal, and ran great with good oil pressure and no abnormal noises, smoking, misfires, or any other problems. This engine is complete intake to oil pan, and also includes the exhaust manifold. There are no damages to this engine. This engine does NOT include any of the belt driven accessories. The engine comes exactly as pictured. The photos are of the actual engine you will receive. 

This has been drained of all fluids, and WILL need refilled with the proper lubricants before use.

Fits the following vehicles with standard emissions, 2.3L engine and automatic transmission as a direct replacement:

  • 2008-2009 Mazda Mazda5
  • 2006-2009 Mazda Mazda3 (8th VIN digit “3”)

This may fit other 2006-2009 Mazda3 and 2008-2010 Mazda5 with 2.3L by using your own intake manifold and/or harmonic balancer.
