Fits 2005 Dodge Ram Truck with 5.7L Hemi engine, automatic transmission and part number R6029264AI or 56029264 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
