Fits 2005 Chrysler 300C SRT-8 model with 6.1L Hemi engine and part number R5094425AI or 05094425 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
