Fits 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck with 5.7L Hemi engine, automatic transmission and part number R6029158AI or 56029158 ending in AA through AI.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
