This fits 2004 Chrysler Pacifica with 3.5L engine, all-wheel drive and part numbers 04748314 ending in AI through AM, 04748315 ending in AC through AG, 05143317AA or R5143317AA.

- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
