The case has no broken parts. One connector is damaged, but this will not affect its normal function. The images are of the actual item you will receive. This item will require on-car programming, coding or flashing during installation in order to work with your vehicle. Fits 2004-2007 Cadillac CTS with 2.8L or 3.6L V6 engine and 2004-2006 Cadillac SRX with 3.6L V6 engine and part number 12592124 ONLY. This will be listed as the “SERVICE NO:” on the part label. All other numbers on the part label are irrelevant.
