Fits 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with 3.7L engine, automatic transmission and part number R6040461AB or 56041461AB.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
