Description
Single complete piston and rod assembly from a 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10 8.3L. This was carefully removed from an engine and is in good used condition. The piston is standard bore and has some moderate scuffing on the skirt, which has been detailed in the photos. The connecting rod appears straight and is free of any defects or damage. The rod bearing was unspun and undamaged when removed. The rings are free and unbroken and are included, but should be replaced prior to installation. The wristpin moves freely in the piston. It is recommended to have this checked by a professional machinist prior to installation. The images are of the actual item you will receive.
This piston/rod assembly is from Bank 2 (Passenger’s Side) of the engine. Although it is possible to use on either side, OEM spec is for this to be used ONLY on cylinders 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10.
Fits 2003-2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10 as a direct replacement.
