Fits 2001 Dodge Ram Truck 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine, automatic transmission and part number R6028506AB or 56028506AB.

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The current odometer reading displayed on your instrument cluster
- Your current PCM part number (This is printed on the part label that says, “Authorized Software Update”)
