Description
Complete cylinder head assembly from a 2003 Mazda Miata with 1.8L VVT BP engine. This cylinder head was removed from a vehicle with lower end damage. This head has been cleaned and inspected for any damage and appears to be in good usable condition. The cam journals have average wear, but no deep gouges or any damage that would cause issues. All the threaded holes and mounting points are intact and undamaged. This head has minor aluminum surface corrosion throughout, but is in good condition overall. The head gasket surface has some light scratches, scuffs and remaining head gasket material throughout. This head has no visible cracks and no broken off manifold bolts. The camshaft angle sensor delete plug on the back of the head is missing, but this part can be easily sourced online. As with any engine parts we sell, we recommend having this checked by a machine shop prior to use, as it may need resurfacing or other repairs. This cylinder head comes exactly as pictured.
